TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your Agreement with Black Travel Buddies
A. Black Travel Buddies LLC Travel Agency (“Black Travel Buddies”) acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). Black Travel Buddies is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.

B. Black Travel Buddies assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by:

(1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Black Travel Buddies’ control; (4) any Supplier price drop after your travel arrangements have been confirmed, paid in full, or ticketed; and (5) E & O Insurance is provided by Travel Insured, a AXII / AAA rated company and covers each agent with a $1,000,000 coverage policy. Host agency is Cruise and Tours Unlimted. Black Travel Buddies is an Independent Agent, Florida Seller of Travel Ref. No. ST15578 and CST No. 2090937-50 | Washington UBID No. 603189022 and Iowa Registered Agency # 1202 | Black Travel Buddies is a leader in online travel & related services. You hereby release Black Travel Buddies from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

C. Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. By accepting this itinerary or invoice, or by clicking “Submit my Reservation/Payment” below, you hereby consent to those terms and conditions.

D. Black Travel Buddies has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel.

“Force Majeure” means, in relation to Black Travel Buddies, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Black Travel Buddies, (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other untoward occurrences).
Black Travel Buddies shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON ALL TRIPS.
If Black Travel Buddies, and/or any of its travel suppliers, are affected by Force Majeure, they shall be entitled to, and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund by Black Travel Buddies to you as a result of the non-performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in its sole and absolute discretion, although Black Travel Buddies shall use its reasonable efforts to reimburse you where possible. However, Black Travel Buddies shall be entitled to deduct from any refund recoverable the reasonable actual and potential costs to Black Travel Buddies of the Force Majeure and applicable cancellation fees.
Regarding civil unrest, once Black Travel Buddies has investigated the prevailing situation, as it deems fit, it shall remain in Black Travel Buddies' sole and absolute discretion whether to proceed with the trip. You may in such circumstances cancel the trip subject to Black Travel Buddies' and each supplier’s terms and conditions.

For medical information, Black Travel Buddies recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or http://www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release Black Travel Buddies from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this Section (E).

E. You agree that the courts in ST. Tammany Parish, Louisiana will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Black Travel Buddies, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

F. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance We also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased.

G. CUBA TRAVEL NOTICE: Naturalized Citizens and Cubans with dual Citizenship MUST contact me before the trip and it is your responsibility that you have your proper travel VISA and travel documents for your trip to Cuba. Last year, 428,000 Cuban Americans visited the island without any problems, this is not a big deal, but you must complete the additional paper work involved,

All U.S.-Cuban dual citizens should note that the Government of Cuba treats U.S. citizens born in Cuba as Cuban citizens and may subject them to a range of restrictions and obligations.

The Cuban government requires U.S.-Cuban dual citizens who departed Cuba on or after January 1, 1971 to enter and depart Cuba using a Cuban passport. Using a Cuban passport for this purpose does not jeopardize one’s U.S. citizenship; however, such persons must use their U.S. passports to enter and depart the United States.

Cuban-Americans who departed Cuba before January 1, 1971 may travel to Cuba on their U.S. passport but must apply for an HE-11 visa from the Cuban Embassy.
